Shipping Rates

We offer competitive shipping rates with free shipping on orders over AED 250. For orders below this threshold, the following rates apply:

  • Standard Delivery: AED 25
  • Express Delivery: AED 50
  • Same-Day Delivery (Dubai & Sharjah only): AED 75

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Eligibility

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Complete with all components and accessories
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please Note: Some items cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons, including:
  • Electrical components that have been installed or had their seals broken
  • Special order items or custom-made parts
  • Fluids, oils, and chemicals
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Return Process

Receive Return Authorization

We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for packaging your return.

Package Your Return

Securely package the item in its original packaging if possible, including all components and accessories.

Ship Your Return

Send the package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. In these cases, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

You can track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history. Alternatively, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email or contact our customer service team for assistance.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you. Please take photos of the damaged item or packaging to help us process your claim more efficiently.

Address changes can only be accommodated if the order hasn't been processed for shipping yet. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and the new delivery address. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

Yes, we offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you'd like to exchange for an item of different value, we'll process a refund for the returned item and you can place a new order for the desired item. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.
